    Namak: per taste
    Garam masala:1/2tsp
    White zera:1tsp
    Dahi:1cup
    Maida:2tsp
    Adrak lehsan paste:2tsp
    Oil:Hasb-e-Zarorat
    TARQEEB…

    Lal mirch,ilichi,zeera ko tawe py bhonye or pees lain..phir namak,lehsan adrak paste,garam masala or pani dal kr mix kr lain..piyaz lal kr k is main Gosht dalain or golden kar lain..ab sary masaly dalain or bhonye phir dh ,,flour or pani dal kr galain..
